An advantage of working with a publisher such as Vinci (one of many) is the opportunity to read works by their authors. Vinci selects their authors with care and uses a particuar algorithm for previously published independent authors. Part of that algorithm is the star rating the series receives on Amazon. A consistent high rating tells them that most of its readers enjoy the books, something that other traditional publishers can only guess at.
The benefit for me as one one of their authors is the chance to try a book from my fellow Vinci authors , knowing they have passed the “Vinci test”. Even better, I can learn in advance when one of their books will be free. And…I can pass that knowledge on to you.
